
The Most Relaxing Chamomile and Lavender Tea Recipe
Ingredients-
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
- 1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
- Honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
How to make -
- Boil the water in a pot.
- Add chamomile and lavender, then remove from heat.
- Cover and steep for 5-7 minutes.
