The Most Relaxing Chamomile and Lavender Tea Recipe

Ingredients-

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
  • Honey or sweetener of choice (optional)

How to make -

  • Boil the water in a pot.
  • Add chamomile and lavender, then remove from heat.
  • Cover and steep for 5-7 minutes.
  • Strain and sweeten if desired. Relax with this calming tea before bedtime!
