Refreshing Mint and Green Tea

Ingredients-

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves (or 1 tea bag of mint tea)
  • Lemon slices (optional)
  • Honey (optional)

How to make -

  • Boil the water and pour it over the green tea bag in a cup.
  • Add fresh mint leaves and let steep for 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bag and mint leaves. Add lemon slices and honey if you prefer a hint of sweetness.
  • Enjoy this refreshing drink for a metabolism boost!
