Digestive Aid: Fennel and Peppermint Tea

Ingredients-

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dried moroccan mint leaves
  • Honey (optional)

How to make -

  • Boil the water in a saucepan.
  • Add fennel seeds and peppermint leaves; let steep for 5-7 minutes.
  • Strain into a cup and sweeten if desired.
  • Sip on this tea after meals to aid digestion and relieve bloating!
