Ingredients-
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried moroccan mint leaves
- Honey (optional)
How to make -
- Boil the water in a saucepan.
- Add fennel seeds and peppermint leaves; let steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain into a cup and sweeten if desired.
- Sip on this tea after meals to aid digestion and relieve bloating!
